By accessing or using Tammit ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Tammit provides broker infrastructure for real estate — we do not sell real estate directly to end buyers.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for licensed real estate brokers and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into binding contracts. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the Platform or other users.

4. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform to browse projects, calculate commissions, submit deals, and track earnings in accordance with our features and policies. You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or professional status
• Submit false or misleading deal or document information
• Circumvent or abuse the commission or eligibility rules
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform

5. Commissions and Payments

Commission calculations, eligibility, and payment terms are determined by our commission policy and applicable project terms. Tammit may deduct fees (including platform fees) as described in our commission breakdown. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, content, and software, is owned by Tammit or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to use it to operate the Platform and provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tammit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
